1. Introduction & Acceptance

• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out using their account.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

4. Betting Rules

• 777lucky is not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to connection issues.
• Cash out is available on live betting, though not for all matches.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on 777lucky can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. Funds typically appear in your account within 1–5 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Processing may take 1–24 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the account holder's own account using the same withdrawal method; transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

• If bonus abuse or manipulation is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• For winnings from free bets, only the net profit is eligible for withdrawal.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777lucky platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threats directed at 777lucky employees.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 777lucky customer support. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our responsible betting tools.

• All pending bets must be settled before an account can be closed.
• Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
• 777lucky reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• An account under self-exclusion will not be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

9. Limitation of Liability

777lucky is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• 777lucky is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• 777lucky bears limited liability in the event of a failure by third-party services such as payment gateways or data providers.
• Service disruptions may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, server attacks, or government directives.
• 777lucky is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting decisions.

777lucky's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

10. Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy
